Some news items

A lot has happened since last post.

I started as Director of Architecture at www.convenos.com in early June.
Much fun, and a potentially really useful online conversation/collaboration tool for us all.
I've sent email invites to an ongoing family meeting to my family members.

A good VC has agreed to take a meeting with Xylim soon.

I took 3 days of the 4 day July 4 weekend to study how wikis work,
and installed and tested several. I've set up an instance of MediaWiki for
the family to use. You'll find a link to it in the convenos meeting space mentioned above.

Our living-room-converted-to-storage-locker is now about half way back to being a living room.
Rebecca found Anthony's long-lost Cockatiel named "Bird" at a local animal shelter (or a nearly identical bird in appearance and personality). He's very happy. He was SO sad when it flew away some months ago.

I ordered an AutoHarp, and I put new strings on my guitar and have been playing it a bit.
